स्पाइसजेट ने दिवाली से पहले अपनी कंपनी के कप्तान के वेतन ढांचे में संशोधन किया है और उन्हें बढ़ा हुआ तोहफा दिया है। कंपनी ने 80 घंटे की उड़ान भरने वाले कप्तानों के मासिक वेतन में 55% की वृद्धि की है।
SpiceJet has revised the salary structure of its company’s captain ahead of Diwali and given him an enhanced gift. The company has increased the monthly salary of captains who fly 80 hours by 55%.
अक्टूबर 2022 वेतन में 22% की बढ़ोतरी (October 2022 salary hike by 22%)
स्पाइसजेट के प्रवक्ता ने कहा, ’80 घंटे की उड़ान भरने वाले कप्तान के वेतन में 7 लाख रुपये तक की बढ़ोतरी की गई है। स्पाइसजेट ने पायलटों के वेतन में मासिक आधार पर बढ़ोतरी की है। अक्टूबर महीने के लिए उनके वेतन में 22% तक की बढ़ोतरी की गई।
A SpiceJet spokesperson said, “The salary of the captain who has flown 80 hours has been increased by up to Rs 7 lakh. SpiceJet has increased the salaries of pilots on a monthly basis. For the month of October, his salary was increased by up to 22%.
1 नवंबर से मिलेगी नई सैलरी (New salary will be available from 1st November)
स्पाइसजेट ने कहा कि पायलट का नया वेतन ढांचा 1 नवंबर, 2022 से लागू होगा। कैप्टन को अब प्री-कोविड समय से पहले मिलने वाले वेतन से ज्यादा वेतन मिलेगा। कप्तानों के साथ-साथ प्रशिक्षकों और वरिष्ठ प्रथम अधिकारियों के वेतन में भी वृद्धि की गई है।
SpiceJet said that the new pay structure for pilots will come into effect from November 1, 2022. The captain will now get more salary than the pre-covid time salary. Along with captains, the salaries of coaches and senior first officers have also been increased.
कंपनी वेतन देने में कर रही थी देरी (The company was delaying in paying the salary)
कुछ समय पहले स्पाइसजेट के कर्मचारियों ने शिकायत की थी कि कंपनी उनके वेतन में देरी कर रही है। फ्लाइट क्रू समेत कई कर्मचारियों ने कहा था कि उन्हें जुलाई महीने का वेतन नहीं मिला है. उन्हें वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए फॉर्म नंबर-16 भी नहीं दिया गया।
Some time back SpiceJet employees had complained that the company was delaying their salaries. Many employees, including the flight crew, had said that they have not received the salary for the month of July. He was also not given Form No-16 for the financial year 2021-22.

स्पाइसजेट ने कर्मचारियों की शिकायतों पर कहा था कि वे अपने पायलटों के मूल वेतन में लगातार वृद्धि कर रहे हैं। अगस्त की तुलना में सितंबर में प्रशिक्षकों के वेतन में 10% और कप्तानों और प्रथम अधिकारियों के वेतन में 8% की वृद्धि हुई। अक्टूबर में भी वेतन में 22 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी की गई थी।
